Founded in late 2020, Doggy Scoops® was established by David Koloko in Atlanta, GA, to make life easier for dog owners by tackling one of the most dreaded pet care tasks—scooping dog poop!
With firsthand experience managing the messy side of dog ownership, David recognized the need for reliable pet waste removal services in the Atlanta area. Inspired by a passion for creating cleaner, safer, and more enjoyable outdoor spaces for pet owners, he set out to address this often-overlooked aspect of pet care.
