How Does Doggy Scoops® Work?
1.Sign Up for Services
Click the Free Quote button, enter your zip code, and complete the signup process on our website. Have questions? Our friendly team is here to help—give us a call, message us on Facebook, or use our online chat tool.
2. Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
After signing up, a Doggy Scoops® representative will contact you to schedule your initial cleanup and guide you through the process, ensuring everything is smooth and hassle-free.
3. Set Up Your Customer Portal
Gain access to your personalized customer portal to manage your services, track invoices, and stay informed every step of the way.
4. Attach a Payment Method
Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. Set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card for convenience. Once auto-pay is activated, you’ll receive an invoice and receipt via email, which will also be accessible in your customer portal. Please note, unpaid accounts will be removed from the service schedule.
